ABSL Albania announces its first networking event in Prishtina, Kosovo, on June 12, 2024. This event marks a significant milestone for the ABSL Association, signifying its expansion into Kosovo and its commitment to promoting the BPO sector across the Western Balkans.
The event will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the region to discuss investment potential, digital skills development, and fostering regional cooperation in the BPO sector. Participants will have the opportunity to share knowledge, build strategic partnerships, and explore new opportunities for growth in this dynamic market.
ABSL Albania, with the support of RECONOMY, aims to create sustainable business models, stimulate innovation, and foster collaboration within the BPO ecosystem over the next three years. This initiative includes the establishment and capacity building of new entities, ABSL Kosovo and ABSL North Macedonia, and promoting investments in these countries. Additionally, ABSL Bosnia & Herzegovina is supporting the creation of associations in Montenegro and Serbia, with the ultimate goal of finalizing the ABSL network across the Western Balkans, known as ABSL WB6.
The networking event in Prishtina is expected to be a catalyst for collaboration and knowledge sharing within the BPO sector. Industry leaders will have the opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities present in the region, while exploring potential solutions and fostering a sense of community.
