Our Mission
ABSL Albania’s mission is to be a reference institution for our business members, to help people and youth to reach their full potential and to promote the country as one of the most attractive locations for the business services sector. We want to make companies, people, investors and local governments in Albania aware of the ever-growing opportunities of this industry.

Our purpose/ vision
Our purpose is to help further develop the business service sector and make businesses aware of the ver-growing opportunities in a community where we promote and facilitate the exchange of the best practices and knowledge. We aim to transform the sector and make Albania a leading country for outsourcing and offshoring projects. ABSL Albania will focus on building and nurturing relationships and communication with government institutions to improve the business environment and foster the growth of the business services sector.

Main Pillars of ABSL Albania Strategy
THE HELPING HANDS
Becoming a leading authority and a resource center when it comes to BPOs and other sectors (Shared Services Centre, IT Outsourcing, Research & Development) in terms of lobbying, advocacy and education.
THE ENHANCEMENT OF EDUCATION
The enhancement of the academic curricula of universities, foreseeing the implementation of short programs that can bring the academic sector closer to the needs of the labor market especially in the sectors of BPO, Shared Service Center, IT Outsourcing, Research & Development.
SECTOR PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT
Creation and establishment of partnerships with other associations, for the implementation of projects and activities that promote and develop the sector. ABSL Albania foresees reaching a number of around 10 memberships/memorandums per year.
TALENT POOLING
Expansion of the pool of talents and professionals in the mentioned sectors. Expansion of the geographical scope with the opening of another office in Kosovo and possibly other operation branches in North Macedonia and Montenegro.
