ABSL Albania is proud to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Help in Albania, as part of the ambitious RECONOMY program, facilitated by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation along with other esteemed partners. This partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both organizations to foster economic growth, digital transformation, and job creation in the ICT/BPO sector across the Western Balkans.

Key Initiatives
- ABSL Expansion: Replicating the successful ABSL model from Albania to initiate ABSL Kosovo and ABSL North Macedonia, aiming to stimulate the sector’s growth and regional integration.
- Global Digital City Program: Implementing a comprehensive program to promote digital skills, economic participation, and entrepreneurship, particularly among the youth. This includes targeted training, mentoring, and consultancy to equip emerging talent with the necessary skills for success.
- Economic and Job Growth: Through this partnership, we aim to attract more investors, create job opportunities, and stimulate economic activities in the Western Balkans, contributing to the region’s overall prosperity.
RECONOMY: A Catalyst for Change
RECONOMY, backed by Sida and implemented by HELVETAS along with partners like Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, is designed as an inclusive and green economic development program. It focuses on fostering sustainable growth and equitable opportunities in the Eastern Partnership and Western Balkan countries.
