As one of the co-organizers, ABSL Albania played a leading role in shaping the ABSL Western Balkans Conference 2025, held on 23–24 October in Sarajevo, where over 200 regional and international leaders gathered to shape the future of the business services sector in Southeast Europe.
Under the theme “Unlocking Potential: Balkan Bridges for Global Impact,” the conference brought together industry executives, investors, policymakers, and development partners to explore the role of talent, technology, and transformation in driving competitiveness across the Western Balkans.
As a co-organizer, ABSL Albania, under the leadership of President Arjodita Mustali and Managing Director Elona Poga, contributed to the conference program, moderated key discussions, and represented Albania’s growing business services sector on the regional stage. Through its participation, ABSL Albania reaffirmed its commitment to regional cooperation, investment promotion, and knowledge exchange among ABSL chapters from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Serbia, and North Macedonia.
“This conference demonstrated the strength of regional unity and the opportunities that collaboration creates for growth and international positioning,” said Arjodita Mustali, President of ABSL Albania.
The event featured speakers from Concentrix, Transcom, DDC Group, Manpower, Telemach, TELUS Digital, and GIZ, as well as representatives from national investment agencies including AIDA (Albania), KAIP (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and MIA (Montenegro).
The ABSL Western Balkans Conference 2025 and the founding of new ABSL chapters in the Western Balkans is supported by RECONOMY.
